Peanut sauce: blend 50 grams of peanuts that have been fried, mashed chili 5 pieces boiled, mix it with 50 ml of boiled water, add soy sauce to taste.
Directions: Boil chicken in boiling water with salt, bay leaves, and galangal. Wait until the meat is tender. Drain and wait until cool, then cut to the fiber.
